About the role
Field Sales Executive – IpNX Nigeria Limited
Drive sales growth of ipNX retail products across your assigned territory by recruiting new subscribers, building stakeholder relationships, and winning back churned customers through strategic engagement and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Recruit a minimum of 30 new subscribers per month
- Develop and maintain a daily prospect pipeline of at least 10 unique prospects, submitted daily
- Conduct route mapping to identify potential and existing customers within territory
- Execute cold calls and direct customer outreach to secure new business
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with minimal supervision
- Act as a brand ambassador and first point of contact for potential customers
- Submit weekly sales reports and attend all training and weekly meetings
- Maintain strong working relationships with Team Lead and peer FSEs
- Provide courteous customer service and gather feedback for team discussions
- Work a minimum of 3 weekends per month
- Adhere to all ipNX policies and standards
Requirements
- HND in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in telecoms or FMCG sector
- Proven track record in B2B and B2C field sales environments
- Strong knowledge of retail market dynamics, competitor behavior, and product management
- Analytical thinking and ability to gather and communicate market insights
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (face-to-face and telephone)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
