Fleld marketer

We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketer to join our study abroad recruitment firm. In this role, you will engage directly with prospective students in high-traffic and strategic locations across ibadan, to generate interest and convert leads into enrolled applicants for international education programs.

Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage potential clients in public spaces such as universities, malls, and transit hubs
• Present compelling information about study abroad opportunities and partner institutions
• Qualify leads by assessing candidates’ interests, academic background, and financial readiness
• Guide prospects through the initial stages of the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads promptly
• Represent the company professionally and build trust with diverse audiences

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to initiate conversations with strangers confidently
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
• High energy and willingness to work outdoors and on your feet
• Ability to travel between assigned locations daily within ibadan
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
