Manager, Relationship, Commercial Banking

Stanbic IBTC / Standard Bank Group is seeking a Manager, Relationship for Commercial Banking to manage a portfolio of corporate clients with significant turnover. This role involves integrating Stanbic IBTC and Standard Bank Group products and services to maximize client relationships and drive bank profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients (Tier 1: ≥N5bn annual turnover; Tier 2: ≥N2bn annual turnover)
• Integrate and coordinate all bank products, services, and resources to maximize relationship value
• Drive profitability for both the bank and clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to build long-term client relationships
• Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 7–10 years of relationship management experience in a commercial bank
• Minimum 1–2 years of relationship management experience in Corporate Banking
• Minimum 1–2 years of relationship management experience in Finance
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
• Ability to drive profitability and build strong client relationships
