Sales Officer – Credit Direct Limited

Credit Direct Limited is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officers to join our team nationwide across multiple business units including State Business, Federal, Paramilitary, Digital Personal Loan, and Financial Inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers to introduce and offer loan products
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding financial requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets through active pursuit of sales opportunities and effective client relationship management
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the loan process
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for expanding reach and achieving revenue goals
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the financial services industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Results-orientated with exceptional quantitative and analytical ability and attention to detail
• High level of integrity, dependability, and strong sense of urgency
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations as necessary
• Fluency in local languages spoken in respective regions is a plus
