About the role

Head of Customer Service

Pruvia Integrated Limited is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Head of Customer Service to lead the customer service team and ensure exceptional client experiences throughout the property acquisition and after-sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer support
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor service quality, team performance, and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Prepare customer service reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service, with proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
  • Preference given to applicants residing in Opebi, Ikeja, or its environs

Salary

NGN 180,000 – 200,000 per month
