About the role
Head of Customer Service
Pruvia Integrated Limited is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Head of Customer Service to lead the customer service team and ensure exceptional client experiences throughout the property acquisition and after-sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer support
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor service quality, team performance, and ensure compliance with company standards
- Prepare customer service reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service, with proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
- Preference given to applicants residing in Opebi, Ikeja, or its environs
Salary
NGN 180,000 – 200,000 per month
