About the role

Pharmacy Sales Assistant

BridgeHedge Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Okota, Lagos. You will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets to drive company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct market visits and customer engagement activities
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
