After-Sales Key Account Executive, EBD

Sun King is seeking an After-Sales Key Account Executive to manage customer experiences and warranty operations for millions of people in off-grid communities across Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claims and customer complaints across multiple channels; investigate issues, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain and update SAP records for warranty claims, service orders, repairs, inventory movements, returns, and spare parts transactions
• Conduct data audits, resolve discrepancies, and develop standard operating procedures to maintain system accuracy
• Manage spare parts inventory distribution and oversee reverse logistics for returned and defective products
• Generate performance reports on warranty, service requests, inventory usage, and returns; track KPIs, SLAs, and turnaround times
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to resolve after-sales inquiries and enhance service delivery
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, data management, inventory management, after-sales service, logistics, or consumer goods
• Strong data interpretation and presentation skills with ability to translate information into clear recommendations
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage); advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing spare parts inventory, warranty logistics, or reverse logistics in field-based environments
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel within and outside Nigeria as required
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to team goals
• Demonstrates professionalism, respect for others, and openness to feedback
