Admin Officer

Connect Marketing Online is hiring an Admin Officer to manage daily office operations, facilities, and administrative functions in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative and office operations
  • Manage office facilities, procurement, inventory, vendors, and logistics
  • Monitor administrative budgets and ensure compliance with HSE and security standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in administration or facilities management (including 2 years in a supervisory role)
  • Strong knowledge of office administration, procurement, vendor management, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
