Admin Officer
Connect Marketing Online is hiring an Admin Officer to manage daily office operations, facilities, and administrative functions in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and office operations
- Manage office facilities, procurement, inventory, vendors, and logistics
- Monitor administrative budgets and ensure compliance with HSE and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 years' experience in administration or facilities management (including 2 years in a supervisory role)
- Strong knowledge of office administration, procurement, vendor management, and budgeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
