Oasis Africa Consulting Limited is hiring an Architect for our Lagos office on a hybrid basis.

We are seeking a skilled Architect to develop creative design concepts, detailed blueprints, and 3D renderings. You will create comprehensive construction documents, navigate local building codes and regulations, oversee project timelines, and coordinate with engineering consultants and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, detailed blueprints, and 3D renderings for review
• Create comprehensive construction documents, specifications, and permit sets
• Navigate local building codes, zoning bylaws, and environmental regulations for approvals
• Oversee project timelines, coordinate with engineering consultants, and manage client communications
• Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and construction professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve design issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Registered and licensed with ARCON
• 2–3 years post-graduation work experience in an architectural firm
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical drafting, construction documentation, and built work
• Membership of Professional Association (NIA)
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities for complex zoning restrictions and structural integrity constraints
