HR Specialist / HR Consultant

Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd is hiring an HR Specialist / HR Consultant to support consulting assignments across recruitment, payroll administration, employee documentation, performance management, and HR advisory services for multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and professional networks
• Administer payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management systems, employee appraisals, and talent development initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Salary ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly
