Escrow-Tech Nigeria Limited is seeking ambitious Field Sales Representatives to drive the adoption of its energy savings solution within the hotel sector. The role involves visiting mid-range hotels, presenting solutions, booking site assessments, and closing 12-month subscription contracts.

Responsibilities

• Visit and engage mid-range hotels within your assigned location.
• Present a proven energy savings solution to Hotel GMs, Owners, and Facilities Managers.
• Conduct and book free site assessments.
• Close 12-month subscription contracts.
• Build long-term relationships and grow your hotel portfolio.

Requirements

• HND, BSc, or equivalent, or a proven track record in B2B field sales.
• Experience in B2B sales or merchant acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with Hotel GMs and business owners.
• Ability to travel within your assigned state for field visits.
• Valid means of identification.
• Willingness to sign confidentiality and non-compete agreements.

Salary

• ₦80,000 Monthly Retainer from Day 1
• ₦15,000 per Hotel Signed
• ₦31,750 Monthly Commission per Active Hotel
• Milestone bonuses, including phones and laptops for top performers.
