HMO Customer Service Representative

Surface Engineering Construction Limited is hiring an HMO Customer Service representative to manage customer queries and complaints across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Process orders and modifications
• Escalate complaints as needed
• Develop product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar customer service role
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Comfortable using computers
• Fluent in English
• Entry-level experience acceptable with relevant background

Salary: NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month (Negotiable)
