Cornelia International Schools is seeking a warm, creative, and patient Early Childhood Educator to join their team. The role involves planning and teaching age-appropriate lessons, creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, observing child development, and maintaining communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Teach: Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that cover literacy, numeracy, art, music, and physical play
• Create a Safe Space: Maintain a nurturing, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Child Development: Observe and track each child’s progress, and support social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Parent Communication: Share regular updates with the School Administration and hold meetings when needed
• Classroom Management: Guide positive behavior and model respect, curiosity, and teamwork
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers and admin staff to run school programs, events, and assessments

Requirements

• Education: NCE, OND, or B.Ed in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
• Experience: 1-3 years teaching in a nursery/preschool setting preferred
• Skills: Creativity, patience, excellent communication, and classroom management
• Must-haves: Love for children, energy, reliability, and basic first-aid knowledge is a plus
