Business Development Officer (BDO)

Abuja Clinics is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to develop and implement growth strategies to achieve revenue goals. The candidate should have strong analytical talent and business know-how, capable of identifying and realizing new market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight into service development and competitive positioning
• Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients
• Pitch new ideas to management
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities
• Meet with potential clients to present offerings and negotiate deals
• Develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders and customers
• Analyze customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years' experience as a business development officer/marketer (service or business development environment)
• NYSC discharge/exemption certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail
