About the Role

The Automotive Tele-sales Supervisor leads and manages the tele-sales team to maximize lead conversion, showroom appointments, test drives, and vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the Automotive Tele-sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are contacted within the agreed SLA
  • Monitor lead distribution and assignment
  • Analyze conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel
  • Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department regarding lead generation campaigns
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to Sales Consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 4–7 years of experience in automotive sales or tele-sales
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations
