About the Role
The Automotive Tele-sales Supervisor leads and manages the tele-sales team to maximize lead conversion, showroom appointments, test drives, and vehicle sales.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the Automotive Tele-sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
- Ensure all customer inquiries are contacted within the agreed SLA
- Monitor lead distribution and assignment
- Analyze conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department regarding lead generation campaigns
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to Sales Consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in automotive sales or tele-sales
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management
- Strong understanding of dealership operations
