About the Role
The Mobile Clinic Van Marketing Officer will drive community engagement and patient acquisition by promoting mobile eye clinic services. You will act as a bridge between the hospital and underserved or corporate populations, organizing screening camps, managing outreach schedules, and building strategic partnerships to ensure high utilization of the mobile unit.
Responsibilities
- Target specific regions and establish partnerships with local community leaders, schools, corporate offices, and local organizations
- Organize and promote community health fairs and free eye screening camps
- Generate patient leads through in-person pitching, relationship building, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate travel routes and clinic schedules to ensure the mobile van visits targeted areas efficiently
- Document and track patient numbers, sales, inventory, and field feedback using reporting tools and Excel
- Act as the face of the hospital in the field, educating the public on preventative eye care and available treatment options
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field sales, or community-focused services
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and digital tools for tracking performance and recording patient data
- High mobility; role involves traveling to remote locations, standing for long periods, and lifting marketing materials
