Mobile Clinic Van Marketing Officer

About the Role

The Mobile Clinic Van Marketing Officer will drive community engagement and patient acquisition by promoting mobile eye clinic services. You will act as a bridge between the hospital and underserved or corporate populations, organizing screening camps, managing outreach schedules, and building strategic partnerships to ensure high utilization of the mobile unit.

Responsibilities

• Target specific regions and establish partnerships with local community leaders, schools, corporate offices, and local organizations
• Organize and promote community health fairs and free eye screening camps
• Generate patient leads through in-person pitching, relationship building, and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate travel routes and clinic schedules to ensure the mobile van visits targeted areas efficiently
• Document and track patient numbers, sales, inventory, and field feedback using reporting tools and Excel
• Act as the face of the hospital in the field, educating the public on preventative eye care and available treatment options

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field sales, or community-focused services
• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and digital tools for tracking performance and recording patient data
• High mobility; role involves traveling to remote locations, standing for long periods, and lifting marketing materials
