Sales Operations Executive

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Executive to support sales operations and drive business growth within the food distribution sector. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
• Manage and maintain relationships with wholesale customers and distributors
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product deliveries
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
• Track collections and support credit control activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a related role
• Experience in the Marine, Frozen Fish, Seafood, FMCG, or Food Distribution industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) — mandatory
• Experience with ERP or sales management software — preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure
