Sales Executive (Salary Loan / Investment)

Rosabon Financial Services is hiring a Sales Executive to sell loan and investment products, evaluate customer creditworthiness, process applications, and manage the complete lending lifecycle while building customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and loan feasibility
• Determine financial ratios, metrics, and set up debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients to request or provide information
• Justify approval/rejection decisions and report outcomes
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies
• Review loan agreements for compliance and accuracy
• Update account records and compute payment schedules on ERP
• Confer with underwriters to resolve loan application problems
• Assess customer needs and introduce appropriate loan types
• Develop referral networks and cross-sell products to meet quotas
• Build trust relationships and ensure customer loyalty throughout the underwriting process
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and guidelines
• Drive deposit mobilization to meet set targets

Key Performance Indicators

• Meet monthly loan and investment targets
• Reduce non-performing loans
• Achieve minimum 90% customer retention rate

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proven working experience as a Loan Officer
• Proficiency with computers and banking applications/software
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and meet targets
