About the role

Front Desk Executive

Telairvision is seeking a Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, customers, partners, and stakeholders. This role combines professional reception services, customer support, and administrative excellence to shape the company's image and reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and professionally receive all visitors; maintain a clean, organized reception environment
  • Register visitors and ensure adherence to company access procedures
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct to appropriate departments
  • Respond to enquiries regarding company information, products, services, subscriptions, and technical support
  • Log and track customer enquiries and support requests through to resolution
  • Handle complaints professionally and follow up for complete customer satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support: meeting scheduling, correspondence management, courier handling, office supplies administration
  • Coordinate executive visitors, appointments, and hospitality arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor registers, call logs, and customer inquiries
  • Disseminate internal notices and support employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Customer Service Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in front desk management, reception administration, customer service, help desk support, or office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Email Management Systems, CRM Platforms, and customer service tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and effective multitasking
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy, patience, and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Professional appearance with smart presentation and excellent grooming standards
  • Pleasant, approachable personality with warm and welcoming disposition
  • High emotional intelligence, confidence, and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Integrity, honesty, and positive attitude
  • Experience in technology, media, telecommunications, hospitality, or customer-facing industries is an added advantage

Salary

NGN 150,000 – 250,000 per month
