AI Solutions Lead, Marketing
Instacart is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to transform marketing processes through AI-native solutions. This role involves building and adopting AI-driven workflows, leading change management, and acting as a thought partner across the marketing organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact workflows in marketing and rebuild them using AI-native solutions.
- Own the full cycle of solution design, development, deployment, and measurement.
- Drive adoption of AI tools within the marketing team by creating trust, evangelizing results, and generating internal demand.
- Act as a working partner to AI goal owners and lead coordination around shared AI goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven track record of building and shipping AI-powered workflows.
- Hands-on experience with frontier AI tools like Claude, GPT-4o, or Gemini.
- Experience in building agentic systems where AI components interact autonomously.
- Adoption-minded approach to building, with accountability for usage and impact.
