Payroll Specialist

SpeedAF is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements in our Lagos logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Verify attendance, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
• Calculate salaries, taxes, pensions, and statutory deductions
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll records
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory remittances
• Resolve payroll-related issues promptly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years' payroll experience (Logistics/FMCG preferred)
• Knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, and labour regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software/HRIS
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail

Salary

₦400,000–₦500,000 gross/month
