Accounting Personnel

We are seeking an Accounting Personnel to join our team in Kaduna. You will be responsible for processing transactions in the accounting ERP system, preparing and reconciling general ledgers, managing fixed asset registers, and conducting internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Process transactions in the Accounting ERP system
• Prepare, review & reconcile the general ledger & monthly adjustment transactions
• Manage the fixed asset register, compute depreciation and prepayment schedules
• Preparation of VAT, WHT & PAYEE taxes
• Conduct ADHOC analysis and project costing
• Conduct internal control on inventory, plant and projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Management Accounting with professional qualification (ICAN or ACCA)
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in an accounting role with a well-known firm
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel spreadsheets)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS financial accounting standards
• Knowledge of Dynamics accounting software, ERP and IT (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and ethically
• Timely completion of assignments

Salary: NGN 150,000 – 300,000 Monthly
