About the role
Personal Assistant
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive personal assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the MD of a company.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle calls, emails, and official communication
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
- Support the MD with administrative and operational tasks
- Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a personal assistant, administrative officer, or EA
- Minimum HND qualification in any relevant discipline
- Age: 25–33 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence efficiently
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Must reside in Akure or be willing to relocate
Salary
NGN 120,000 – 200,000 monthly (based on experience and qualification)
