A growing agro-processing company is seeking a Production Manager to oversee rice milling operations in Nigeria. The role involves managing production planning, parboiling and drying processes, milling, quality control, equipment maintenance, people management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and plant operations
• Managing parboiling and drying operations
• Overseeing milling, quality, and equipment reliability
• Leading people management and operational leadership
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and reporting

Salary Up to USD 3,000 Monthly + Local Allowance + Factory Accommodation.
