Sales Executive – Intouch Homes Limited

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales and build strong client relationships in Nigeria's real estate market. You will generate leads, conduct property inspections, and close deals while working towards monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Conduct property inspections and client presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Advise clients on property investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in any field
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market (advantageous)
