Senior Human Resources Business Partner

CapitalSage Holdings is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategy and organizational growth across its Fintech, Investment, and Enterprise business lines.

Responsibilities

• Bridge people strategy with business growth objectives across multiple subsidiaries
• Shape culture and organizational design for a high-growth, diverse group
• Lead high-level technical and commercial recruitment initiatives
• Advise senior leadership on HR matters
• Drive data-backed HR initiatives and performance management
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor law

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience (minimum 3+ years as an HR Business Partner)
• Proven track record in Fintech, FMCG, or Conglomerate environments
• Expert knowledge of technical recruitment, performance management, and Nigerian labor law
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Onsite availability (Lagos/Ibadan)

Salary
