Sales Engineer – Rehlko

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in the power generation sector. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within specified timelines
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversion into revenue
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals
  • Address and resolve customer issues and challenges effectively throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure high levels of trust and satisfaction
  • Champion and embody Clarke Energy's compliance and performance standards in all activities
  • Stay informed of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape within the Power Generation sector

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales of generators, machines, equipment, and automobiles
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong technical understanding of power generation equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and problem-solving skills
