About the role
Sales Engineer – Rehlko
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in the power generation sector. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within specified timelines
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversion into revenue
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals
- Address and resolve customer issues and challenges effectively throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure high levels of trust and satisfaction
- Champion and embody Clarke Energy's compliance and performance standards in all activities
- Stay informed of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape within the Power Generation sector
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales of generators, machines, equipment, and automobiles
- Proven sales track record
- Strong technical understanding of power generation equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and problem-solving skills
