Trainee Medical Sales Representatives

Jibam Meditech Limited is seeking young, proactive, and passionate individuals to join our team as Trainee Medical Sales Representatives. You will drive sales performance, build strong client relationships, and promote our range of orthopedic implants and surgical solutions within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jibam Meditech's range of orthopedic implants and related surgical products
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory management
• Provide product presentations, clinical support, and in-theatre assistance during surgical procedures
• Conduct regular market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
• Submit timely reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
