Head of Sales (Microfinance)

Bridgemead Limited is seeking a Head of Sales to lead its microfinance operations. The role involves driving sales growth and managing the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the microfinance sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Salary: N1,200,00 - N1,500,00 / Month (Net).
