Responsible for guiding, motivating, and supervising the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitoring daily performance, conducting evaluations, and coordinating day-to-day sales operations.

• Conducting regular check-ins and performance evaluations
• Addressing performance issues or conflicts
• Coordinating day-to-day sales operations, including creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate floor coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-10 years cognitive experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
• Driving experience required
