Social Media Manager / Content Creator

A creative and strategic professional who will elevate KAAF Specialist Hospital's digital presence and engage meaningfully with the patient community. The candidate must be highly organized, capable of developing multimedia campaigns, and handle messaging with absolute adherence to healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Produce compelling patient-education content and multimedia campaigns
• Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement
• Ensure all digital messaging aligns with healthcare regulations and administration standards
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and audience reach
• Collaborate with medical staff to translate complex medical information into accessible public content
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects the hospital's values
• Monitor online conversations regarding the hospital and respond professionally
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging digital platforms
• Handle ad-hoc digital marketing projects swiftly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 - 2 years experience
