Sales Executive – Netconstruct Nigeria Limited
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, digital channels, and strategic partnerships
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct property presentations and site inspections for prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and real estate brokers
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM database
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved company guidelines
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely documentation and transaction completion
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services
- Build referral networks that generate repeat business
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Track sales performance against established KPIs
- Update management on market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in real estate or related field
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CRM proficiency and sales analytics knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Market research and competitor analysis skills
- Customer service excellence
- Organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics (preferred)
