Sales Executive – Netconstruct Nigeria Limited

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, digital channels, and strategic partnerships
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct property presentations and site inspections for prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and real estate brokers
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM database
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved company guidelines
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely documentation and transaction completion
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Support property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services
  • Build referral networks that generate repeat business
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Track sales performance against established KPIs
  • Update management on market trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in real estate or related field
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
