Customer Service Representative
Dews and Petals Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming customer inquiries and provide professional support across various touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and company policies
- Identify customer problems and deliver timely, effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions via data entry
- Guide clients through processes and procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
