Marketing Executive – Anchor HMO

Anchor HMO is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to drive business growth across Lagos and the South Western region. You will source high-value clients, develop market strategies, and manage sales targets across FMCG, oil & gas, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities

• Source appropriate clients and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies
• Source clients across FMCG, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and other sectors with good volume and high profitability
• Identify opportunities for expansion within Lagos and its environs
• Set and monitor sales, revenue, cost, and growth targets for Lagos and South Western region

Requirements

• Background in Social Science or any related medical discipline
• 3–5 years of track record in the HMO industry

Salary

• Base salary: ₦500,000 per month
• Commission: 5% on all businesses
• HMO benefits for self and family
