Accountant

Lifeway Unique Homes, a real estate and property development company, is hiring an Accountant to manage financial operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
• Document and verify financial transactions
• Allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
• Examine expenses submitted by employees
• Process receipts for incoming payments
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Contribute to strong client relationships through positive interactions

Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in ERP management systems
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel, accounting software, and databases
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients

Salary N250,000 per month
