Web Developer

Compovine Technologies Limited is seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain responsive, secure, and high-performing websites and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces compatible with multiple devices and browsers
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Integrate websites with databases, APIs, and third-party services
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues promptly
• Optimize website speed, performance, and security
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing designs
• Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance of web platforms
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility, security, and industry best practices

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of web development experience
• Demonstrated portfolio of completed web development projects
• Experience in IT solutions or technology-driven environment is an advantage

Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP, Node.js, or Python)
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or relational databases
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Git
• Understanding of website security and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
