About the role
A reputable real estate company in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, compliance, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow
- Ensure compliance and manage risk
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ICAN, CPA, or CFA certification (advantageous)
Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦700,000 per month (Negotiable)
