About the role

We are hiring Clerical Staff for our offices in Lagos and Ogun. This is a full-time role supporting office operations through administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Operate office appliances (photocopier, printers) and use computers for word processing and spreadsheet creation
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices and checks
  • Take meeting minutes and transcribe dictations
  • Assist with office management and organization procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1–3 years of experience

Salary N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
