Sales Account Executive (Retention/Renewal/Upsell) at eStream Networks

Join eStream Networks as a Sales Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth, client retention, and upselling opportunities across our key service lines: VPN Services, Co-location Services, or Internet Services. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, combining sales leadership with relationship management to exceed service delivery expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients within assigned product line (VPN, Co-location, or Internet Services)
  • Anticipate client needs and ensure timely, effective service delivery
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts, driving renewals and upselling opportunities
  • Meet and engage new customers monthly, promoting assigned products
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor product performance and market trends to improve service offerings
  • Work cross-functionally with technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Manage one or more Account Managers

Requirements

  • First degree or equivalent in Social Science, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as Account Manager or Product Manager in ISP, ICT, or Telecoms environment
  • Prior experience selling technology or back-to-back solutions
  • Technical knowledge of network-based services (VPN, Co-location, Internet) is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-value client relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Extroverted, proactive, target-driven with flair for networking and social engagement
  • Strong coordination and leadership ability
