Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.

Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
