About the role
Oat Executive is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Lagos and Abuja. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while managing client relationships across our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support and manage client inquiries
- Handle customer management tools and systems
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Multitask across various customer service channels
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience with customer management tools
- Fashion, retail, or luxury brand experience is a plus
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
