About the role

Oat Executive is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Lagos and Abuja. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while managing client relationships across our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support and manage client inquiries
  • Handle customer management tools and systems
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Multitask across various customer service channels

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with customer management tools
  • Fashion, retail, or luxury brand experience is a plus

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
