Project Manager

Cheaper Beta Enterprises is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and renovation projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, contractors, quality standards, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to completion.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Supervise site activities and monitor quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and expenditures.
• Review quotations and track project costs and variations.
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and engineering requirements.
• Maintain HSE standards and safe work practices.
• Manage client communications and project expectations.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project, technical, safety, and schedule risks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing construction or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project execution.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, budgets, and project costs.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Strong reporting, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, COREN, QSRBN, or CORBON are an added advantage.

Salary ₦350,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly
