About the role
BLUEROCK Residences is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, secure strategic partnerships, expand the corporate client base, and strengthen market presence in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, relocation firms, and government clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
- Represent BLUEROCK Residences at networking events and industry engagements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience and service delivery
- Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, corporate sales, hospitality, real estate, or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented
