Sales Executive

Orange Capitals Limited, a fast-growing financial services firm, is hiring a Loan/Sales Officer to source new clients, guide them through loan applications, and manage client relationships in Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective individual and business clients needing short-term or long-term loan facilities
• Educate potential clients on loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and benefits
• Conduct preliminary financial assessments and creditworthiness evaluations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and timely repayments
• Meet and exceed monthly loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets

Requirements

• National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales or marketing experience (financial products, loans, or insurance experience preferred)
• Must reside in Abuja and be familiar with commercial hubs in Gudu and AMAC
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of credit assessment and loan repayment structures
• High integrity, accountability, and resilience in target-driven environments

Salary ₦150,000 base salary + attractive commission structure tied to loan disbursement volume and successful repayments
