People Operations Manager (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to join our mission-driven organization. This remote role is based in Sub-Saharan Africa and offers the opportunity to lead and scale people operations and HR functions across our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
• Handle core HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Support organizational growth through strategic people operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5–9 years of experience in people operations, HR, or recruitment
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and core HR operations
• Experience working in an NGO, INGO, international development organization, or mission-driven startup

Salary

₦24,000,000 gross per annum (Nigeria-based; adjusted for other countries)
