Risk Strategist - Recovery

We are looking for an experienced Risk Strategist - Recovery to strengthen our credit portfolio and drive better business decisions through data-driven strategies. This role involves developing recovery and restructuring strategies, analyzing default trends, and providing insights that improve future lending decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recovery and restructuring strategies.
• Analyze the root causes of defaults and portfolio losses.
• Recommend settlement, restructuring, and legal recovery approaches.
• Collaborate with legal, recovery agents, and other stakeholders.
• Provide insights that improve future lending decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years' experience in Recovery, Credit Risk, Loan Restructuring, or Portfolio Management.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills.
• Banking, fintech, or financial services experience is preferred.
