Digital Marketer

Vertex Realty Solutions Limited is seeking a Digital Marketer to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels.
• Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Create email marketing campaigns and manage customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop marketing campaigns that support business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Completed NYSC.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role. Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong content creation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
