About the role

Business Development Officer (Sales Executive)

Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited is seeking a commercially driven and sociable Business Development Officer to identify, initiate, secure, and manage strategic partnerships across the real estate industry and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and initiate strategic partnerships
  • Originate, negotiate, and close sales and commercial deals
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Drive revenue growth across the real estate sector

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in real estate or related industry
  • Proven track record of closing sales, strategic partnerships, and commercial deals
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian Real Estate Industry and Lagos market
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented mindset
  • Real Estate Firm or Sales Organization experience is a strong advantage
