About the role
Administrative Assistant at Iraizickify Business Store, a leading ICT and business support service provider specializing in CAC company registration in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Answer, direct, and manage phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants
Requirements
- High School Degree (additional qualification in Administrative Assistant or Secretary preferred)
- Proven experience as Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
