Marketing and Growth Executive

Marvel Advisory seeks a Marketing and Growth Executive to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and AI transformation across their B2B technical services business. You will own the complete marketing function—from multi-channel campaigns and website optimization to pioneering AI adoption and cross-functional enablement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Email, Content Marketing) to feed the sales pipeline with qualified leads
• Develop and implement a phased AI adoption roadmap, integrating generative AI tools while establishing ethics and data privacy guidelines
• Translate complex technical capabilities into benefit-driven messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and digital content
• Own website end-to-end: UX optimization, analytics tracking, and SEO strategy
• Build and maintain sales enablement library (pitch decks, datasheets, capability statements, competitor intelligence)
• Manage trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and partner co-marketing initiatives
• Deliver AI literacy training and create prompt libraries for Sales, HR, and Operations teams

First 90 Days

• Audit existing brand assets, website UX, and digital positioning
• Deliver a data-backed 6–12 month marketing plan aligned with sales targets
• Present AI readiness assessment and quick-win adoption roadmap
• Launch at least one optimized lead generation campaign with measurable KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related discipline
• Professional marketing certification (CIM, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound)
• 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience (brand/content + digital performance)
• Proven B2B lead generation track record with sales pipeline impact
• Hands-on proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and analytics dashboards
• Demonstrable professional experience using AI tools for content, optimization, or analysis
• Exceptional writing and storytelling; ability to clarify complex technical concepts
• Satisfactory background and reference checks
• Portfolio of campaigns, writing samples, or performance reports
• AI Practical Exercise: Shortlisted candidates will demonstrate AI tool proficiency and prompt engineering through a practical scenario during interviews

Desirable

• Certifications in AI/Data Analytics (Google AI Essentials), Project Management (PMP/Agile), or Master's/MBA
• Prior experience in Nigerian or West African B2B market, industrial/energy/engineering sectors

Salary N300,000 – N500,000 monthly
